This is a fun month everyone! I’m so EXCITED to share the debut of an awesome project I’ve been working on: EXPERT Interviews! 👈💃🏆🎯

What’s this you may wonder? Basically, a series of interviews with some seriously kick-ass moms who are ALSO in business and helping other moms! Each one will be sharing about her own story, who and how she helps and of course (practical me) some tips and resources!

Because I’m definitely not an expert in everything relevant and useful to moms. This is also something I definitely don’t aspire to being! But because I’ve heard soooooo many people around me, from moms at the school yard, to clients, to friends and family struggling with such a variety of issues I wanted to do something to contribute!

And you never know when that expert (who is also a mom) will share that story, resource, golden tip or process that is exactly what someone else needs to hear at the moment.

For those of you who don’t know me, well, I have a research background and I love to be social and meet new people. So this project made PERFECT sense to me. And I can tell you that I’ve been enjoying myself SO much doing these interviews. Every single one of these ladies I’ve interviewed has taught me something and inspired me with their drive to create impact and help others.

Without further ado, let me introduce this first interview with the wonderful Peri McIntosh of Border Park Kitchen in Australia. She’s a Cooking Mentor, a title that before we had our interview I’d honestly never even heard of.

And you know what? This is exactly one of those topics that is so relevant for each and every one of us! Because we all need to cook at some point or another right?!

As a Cooking Mentor Peri helps exhausted Mums with meal prep shortcuts so they can enjoy cooking and get more time back in your day. Using simple recipes and cooking tips, she aims to give us those quick wins so we can be inspired and encouraged every step of the way.

So if you are looking for ways to:

  • Simplify Meals
  • Eat Wholesome Foods
  • Save Money; or
  • Bespoke Kitchen Strategies

Then this is what Peri does! Oh, and did I mention that she is raising 7 kids on a farm?! Some serious experience in her backpack for sure!

Hope you enjoy our interview as much as I did!

Now if you liked this interview…stay tuned! I’ll be rolling out a new interview every week until the end of this year!

Which means even if this wasn’t a particularly relevant topic for you there’s bound to be more that are, especially if you’re a mom!

Thoughts on this interview? Insights? I’d love to hear from you!
